He works with Joe, a long-standing installation colleague, and trusted specialists where the work requires them. Amir and Joe have worked together for nearly two decades.

First, tell us about your home. Amir reviews the enquiry and explains the appropriate next step. Where a paid survey is needed, its scope and fee are agreed before you book.
The survey informs a written proposal. Once the work is agreed, installation is coordinated around the design. Commissioning checks the system and its settings; handover helps you understand how to use it.
