Amir carries out every technical survey and designs and specifies each system. He attends and oversees installation, commissions the system and completes the handover.

That continuity matters when a decision in one place affects another: the position of a cylinder, the output of a radiator, the route of a pipe or the sound of an outdoor unit. The details need to work together.

Long-standing working relationships.

Amir works with Joe, a core delivery colleague with whom he has worked for nearly two decades. Joe contributes to heat pumps, air-conditioning, solar and specialist installation work. Trusted specialists are involved where the project requires them.

For heat-pump projects, HeatMason designs and leads the work with a long-standing MCS-certified installation partner. The proposal will explain the contracting and installation arrangements for your project.

The recommendation should make sense to you.

You should understand what is being recommended, why it suits your home and what the alternatives involve. We consider existing equipment as well as new equipment, and explain the practical implications of changes to heating, hot water and controls.

Our aim is steady comfort, appropriate equipment selection and lower avoidable energy use. Actual performance depends on the building, the completed system and how it is operated.

Respect for the home around the work.

An installation has to fit within a lived-in building. Access, routes through rooms, service clearances and visible finishes are part of the planning. Tell us about family routines, rooms that need to remain usable and any renovation work already planned.

HeatMason brings Amir’s work under a name focused on heating, cooling and home energy. HeatMason currently trades through AdHoc Services Ltd. If we share earlier project work or client feedback, we identify its original context accurately.
