Keep the system under proper review.
Planned servicing is an opportunity to check the equipment and discuss changes in its behaviour. Mention unfamiliar noise, inconsistent temperatures or difficult controls when you enquire.
HeatMason provides boiler, heat-pump and system servicing in North London. Boiler servicing is available to both new and existing customers.

Maintain its purpose.

Book the right scope for your equipment
A boiler on its own, a boiler with a cylinder and a heat-pump system have different maintenance needs. We confirm the equipment and proposed service scope before arranging the appointment, so you understand what is included.
- Planned boiler servicing.
- Boiler and cylinder system servicing.
- Heat-pump servicing, subject to confirming the equipment and scope.
- Review of reported system concerns to establish the appropriate next step.
Tell us what has changed
The appliance make and model, approximate age and last service information help us prepare. Include photographs if useful, together with a description of any recurring issue. Equipment instructions and relevant installation records also help establish the maintenance requirements for the system.
Amir reviews the enquiry personally and confirms whether a routine service is the appropriate starting point or whether a separate assessment is needed.
Be clear about maintenance and improvement
Servicing and redesign answer different questions. A service may identify an issue that needs further attention, but it does not automatically include repairs, replacement parts or changes across the home. Any additional proposed work needs its own agreed scope.
If uneven heating or poor hot-water performance is the main concern, describe that at the outset. A wider system assessment may be more useful than expecting routine appliance maintenance to resolve it.
A straightforward booking process
Send your location and equipment details. We confirm suitability, the service scope, the fee and appointment arrangements before booking. If the enquiry calls for a paid system survey instead, its scope and fee will be agreed first.
After servicing, we explain relevant findings and any recommended next steps. Keep the service information with the installation and manufacturer documents so the system's history remains useful.
Questions worth asking.
Can you service a boiler you did not install?
Yes. We welcome new boiler-servicing customers as well as existing customers. Send the appliance details so we can confirm the appropriate scope.
How often should I arrange a service?
Check the manufacturer's maintenance schedule and any warranty conditions for your equipment. Share the model and service history when enquiring so the requirements can be considered.
Are repairs included in the service price?
The confirmed scope explains what is included. Repairs, parts or other additional work need to be identified and agreed separately.
Can I book a wider system review?
Yes. Tell us about the comfort or control problems you want to address. Amir can recommend an appropriate paid survey, with scope and fee agreed before booking.
Keep exploring.
